Chances are if your on my website, you're in need of a home inspection.  While I offer many inspection services, a buyers' home inspection is the most common.

Let me tell you about the inspection process.  Typically I'm inspecting a home for roughly 3 hours.  I'm looking at every viewable area.  Finding any defects or anything that may cause a defect in the future.

Followed by my inspection of the home I will lead the buyers on a tour of their new home.  Along the way, pointing out areas that may need immediate repairs and answering any questions you may have.  We will also discuss maintenance strategies to maintain and enhance the value and livability of your new home.

Later on the same day you will receive a copy of your inspection report.  Typically I deliver this report via email, but I'm also able to print reports on site when requested.  The report is a 30-40 page document that identifies all defects found and suggestions to address them.  I include pictures and illustrations along side each defect to help you identify them and fix them down the road.
