Final Inspection

This type of inspection is typically a follow-up inspection performed after repairs are completed that were negotiated via the purchase agreement.  We will acquire a will of repairs that were to be completed and report on the condition/and or completion of said repairs. 

This is a great service for clients that either are unable to personally visit the property and/or clients that would like a professional opinion of the condition of repaired items.
