This type of inspection specializes in one particular system of the home.  A detailed report delivered via e-mail with digital photos of inspected area(s) available same day of inspection. 

This type of inspection is beneficial to follow-up on completed repairs and/or a 3rd party professional opinion of completed repairs needed for litigation purposes.

• Structural Components (foundations, walls, columns/piers, floors, ceilings, & roof structure)
• Plumbing System (drain/waste/vent systems, supply/distribution, fixtures, hot water systems/flues/vents, main water shut-off, fuel storage/distribution, main fuel shut-off & sump pump)
• Electrical System (service entrance conductors, service grounding equipment, main overcurrent devices, main and distribution panels, branch circuit conductors, overcurrent devices and compatibility of their amperage and voltage. connected devices and fixtures, polarity and grounding, operation of GFCI outlets, smoke detectors and CO detectors)
• Heating/Cooling (normal operating controls, automatic safety controls, distribution systems, presence of heating/cooling in each room, chimneys, flues, vents, solid fuel heating devices,  gas/lp firelogs/fireplaces & air handler equipment)
• Insulation/Ventilation (attic insulation, under floor insulation, vapor retarders, attic ventilation, kitchen/bathroom/laundry venting systems, attic ventilation fans and thermostatic controls)
