Inspection Request

My available hours are listed on the calendar below the inspection request form.  I am available 7 days a week and can inspect anytime there is daylight.  Generally my inspections takes 3 hours.  Upon completion of the inspection I invite my clients to walk-through the property to discuss my fiindings and address any questions.  The walk-through generally takes an hour.  For example if you want the walk-through at 6pm, I start inspecting at 3pm.
