My Qualifications
- Member in good standing with the Nation Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
- I am nationally certified via the National Home Inspector Examination
- Successful classroom and field training completed via Trainings Associates Enhanced Residential Inspection course
- 7 years home remodeling/home repair experience
- Abide by NACHI's Code of Ethics
- Follow NACHI's Standards of Practice
- Fulfill a minimum of 30 hours of continuing education every year
