Gadget Home Inspection offers different pricing options based on the needs of our clients.  Here's some general information about each option.  Click the link for more detail & pricing.

Inspection Options

Standard Inspection-  Home inspection needed by most buyers during a residential Real Estate transaction.  Includes inspection , walk through & 30-40 page inspection report with pictures and illustrations.

Seller Pre-List Inspection-  Stay ahead of game when selling your home by getting an inspection and address defects to avoid negotating roadblocks.  Making the report available to prospective buyers may encourage the buyer to waive inspection contingency.

Individual System Inspection-  Need a plumbing or a roofing job checked out?  We'll inspect individual systems to give you a professional 3rd party opinion.  A detailed report with digital pictures delivered same day as inspection.

Final Inspections-  Made an offer, got an inspection, negotiated repairs with the seller.  We report on the condition of the repairs completed, you move in with confidence.
